Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided, except under specific circumstances outlined below:
- If you've been charged erroneously or an unauthorized transaction has occurred.
- If the Service experiences prolonged outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours, and no workaround or resolution is available.
Requesting a Refund
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@aidsynk.com within 14 days of the transaction date.
- Clearly specify the reason for the refund request along with relevant transaction details.
- All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
- Confirmation of refund processing will be communicated via email.
