Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting our customer support at contact@aidsynk.com.
  • Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No additional charges will be incurred after cancellation.

Service Suspension or Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach our Terms of Use.
  • In case of suspension or termination due to breach of terms, no refund or credit will be provided.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided, except under specific circumstances outlined below:

  • If you've been charged erroneously or an unauthorized transaction has occurred.
  • If the Service experiences prolonged outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours, and no workaround or resolution is available.

Requesting a Refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@aidsynk.com within 14 days of the transaction date.
  • Clearly specify the reason for the refund request along with relevant transaction details.
  • All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
  • Confirmation of refund processing will be communicated via email.
