  • Once cancelled, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the following cycle.
  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.

Auto-Renewals

  • All subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default unless you choose to cancel before your next billing date.
  • You are responsible for managing and reviewing your subscription status periodically.

Third-Party Subscriptions

  • If you subscribed to AidSynk through a third-party platform (such as an app store), you must cancel directly through that platform.
  • We are not responsible for managing or processing cancellations made through third-party services.
